Social Tennis

Court time is structured to make the best use of the Club facilities and to encourage members to mix with each other both on and off the courts. The various “arranged times” are listed below. The Club provides tennis balls for all club play.

For up to date court availability and to make individual bookings, club members use our Clubspark website – accessed either via a Laptop or Desktop, or by using the Clubspark Booker application on a smartphone.

A number of Group sessions run each week and are listed below.

Monday

5-7pm Junior Coaching
7pm – 9pm Adult Coaching

Tuesday

10.00 am – 12 noon, Associate and Club social play.

Wednesday

10.00 am – 12 noon “Tennis for All” including ‘Pay and Play’ for non-members.
6.00 pm onwards, Club play, run by Ladies’ Captain.

Thursday

6.00 pm onwards, Club play, organised by Men’s Captain.

Friday

10.00 am – 12 noon. Associate and Club play.

Saturday

10.00 am – 12.00 noon, Junior coaching

12.15 onwards, Inter-Club matches as per published fixture list; otherwise the courts are free for members to organise their own games.

Sunday

10.00 am – 12 noon, club play, organised by Club Captain or other Committee member, including ‘Pay and Play’ for non-members.

1.00 pm onwards, Inter-Club matches as per published fixture list; otherwise the courts are free for members to organise their own games.
