Social Tennis

During the Summer months, court time is structured to make the best use of the Club facilities and to encourage members to mix with each other both on and off the courts. The various "arranged times" are listed below. The Club provides tennis balls for all club play.

Mondays 3.30 - 6.30 pm

Coached junior play.

Monday Evenings 6.30 pm onwards

General Club play including singles.

Tuesdays 10.00 am - 12 noon

Associate and Club play.

Tuesday Evenings 6.00 pm onwards

Club play, organised by Club Captain.

Wednesdays 10.00 am - 12 noon

"Tennis for All", run by Caroline Shuttleworth.

Wednesday Evenings 6.00 pm onwards

Ladies' Night, run by Ladies' Captain.

Thursday Evenings 6.00 pm onwards

Men's Night, run by Men's Captain.

Fridays 10.00 am - 12 noon

Associate and Club play.

Friday Evenings 6.00 pm onwards

General Club play including singles. No organised arrangements.

Saturdays 10.00 am - 12 noon

Junior play, run by Club members.

Saturdays 2.00 pm onwards

Club matches as per published fixture list; otherwise the courts are free for members to organise their own games.

Sundays 10.00 am - 12 noon

Club play, organised by Club Captain or other Committee member.

On Winter evenings, arranged fours are permitted from 6.30 pm onwards on the Club's two floodlit courts.
